    Dampen your face, pour a small amount into the palm of your hand, and with your fingers, add a few drops of water to create a loose paste. Be very gentle—let it do the work! Feel the tingling as you use upward, circular motions. Rinse well. Once you’ve finished your face, always include your neck and chest. Indulge yourself and continue with your body and feet.
