It was protected with such reverence because it holds the key to the "Divine Fire"—the dormant evolutionary energy coiled at the base of the human spine.

Through the use of Kriya (completed actions), Pranayam (breathwork), and Mantra (sound current), we aren't just stretching the body; we are calibrating the frequency of our internal "Mothership." (Higher Self)

In the past, this practice was hidden to protect its potency. But as we move into this new era of the "Big Jump," the veils have been lifted. Kundalini is now being shared with the world because we require this high-voltage technology to navigate the "Rainbow Frequency" of the New Earth.
